ATTEN ST-1101D Single Arm Fume Extractor

ATTEN ST-1101D is a single-arm intelligent fume extractor designed for source capture and filtration of soldering fumes generated during electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, soldering and rework operations.

The system provides one extraction work position with a system airflow of 240 m³/h (±10%). It uses a high-power brushless DC fan designed to provide strong suction with stable operation.

The ST-1101D incorporates a three-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter, middle-efficiency filter and main filter. ATTEN specifies a filtration efficiency of 99.97% for 0.3 µm particles. Individual filter stages can be replaced separately.

As the intelligent “D” version, the ST-1101D includes an LCD display, airflow sensor, filter-blockage audible/visual alarm, remote/external control and RS485 communication. The communication interface enables connection with compatible soldering stations, hot-air stations or a computer for synchronized operation.
