ATTEN GT-8100A Intelligent Hot Air Station

ATTEN GT-8100A is a professional Intelligent Hot Air Station designed for SMD rework, component removal, PCB/PCBA repair and electronics maintenance applications.

The station provides a 100°C–500°C temperature range with a maximum airflow of 120 L/min. Air volume is adjustable from 1% to 100%, providing control for different component sizes and rework requirements.

The GT-8100A provides three quick parameter groups, allowing frequently used combinations of temperature, airflow and operating time to be stored and recalled. Its timing function can be set from 10 to 900 seconds.

The station also supports temperature compensation of ±50°C, °C/°F selection, password protection, multiple fault alarms and automatic standby/sleep operation.

For connectivity and process integration, the station includes USB and RS485 communication interfaces using the MODBUS protocol. It also supports infrared temperature calibration and can work with the ATTEN ST-1090 Tip Temperature Tester for temperature correction.

Unlike the related GT-1028 model, the GT-8100A does not include the vacuum pickup pen function; its dedicated front interface is for nitrogen connection.
