Robotic Dispenser

The Robotic Dispenser is a desktop automated dispensing system designed for precise and repeatable application of adhesives, pastes, thermal grease and other industrial dispensing materials.

The system uses programmable multi-axis robotic movement to control the position of the dispensing needle over the workpiece. Combined with a syringe-based dispensing system, it enables controlled material application along predefined dispensing paths.

Its desktop configuration allows the machine to be installed directly at a production workstation or integrated into a manufacturing line. The rigid multi-axis structure is designed to provide stable movement during dispensing operations.

The system is suitable for electronics assembly and other industrial manufacturing processes where consistent material placement, reduced manual variation and controlled dispensing are required.
